Since Daton's return he had been resting and recovering from his incarceration. He had heard what had been going on in his absence and what had been happening after he was brought back by Xio and Erebus, but it would have been surprising to see him walk back in to the coven grounds during reconstruction , what help could he be with such things other then getting in the way.
It was for that reason he settled away form the group who were or are arguing, leaning against a tree as he lit up a cigarette while adjusting his blindfold, not uttering a word, which had become a trend since he came back.

Blackblood paused and glanced around him. He'd completed several pillars, and was nearing a suitable place for a turn in direction. Still having many resources at his disposal, he lowered gaze to the ground and walked over to where he'd started his project. Tendrils slithered out from his body and picked up the wrought iron fencing, and held the large pieces between each pillar. Metal scraped lightly against stone as the vampire lifted tools in hand to secure brackets and braces. He could complete the process for the entire length in a matter of minutes if he so chose to, but eyes wandered to watch all occupants and members of the coven. Not as a wolf would do so when stalking sheep, but more or less as a researcher watching the wolf. He turned his head lightly a moment, noticing a small woman mentioning his handiwork. He was about to say something when one other member, he believed to be Ajax Matashina, had lead her away. Lips closed softly, and behind them his jaw tightened. If he was being watched, it was possible some had perceived him as a threat. If that were so, it would be best that he kept to himself for the time being. Shadows hissed quietly, and he looked to each tendril, before shaking his head, and continued to secure the wrought iron structure.

After she empties the pots she dusts off her hands, and stands. A soft, subtle tap on the ground and she admires her handi work. With a soft sigh she moves from the group again. Picking up random things she touches as she walks she hums softly. Piling them up she touches one that slithers away from her. "Oh!" She says and retracts her hand a little. "Pardon me." She says, and goes back to collecting debris and materials.

Blackblood straightened, which re-aligned his spinal column, causing it to pop audibly. A solitary tendril shot messages back to him, and relayed the information it carried. Blackblood was quiet, as images ran through his mind. With a slow turn, he faced the direction of the garden, where young Delyla was finishing her work and cleaning a mess. The vampire tipped his sunglasses down a fraction, peering over the rim of the red lenses to study the woman a moment. She was the one who noted on his work of the fence. Blackblood summoned the tendril, and sent it forth to her.
The tendril slithered as it did before when returning, forward to Delyla. Upon it's many membranes invisible to the eyes of any who did not master shadows as Blackblood has, were mere images of greeting and apology for being in the way. The tendril moved toward Delyla, climbing a small pile of debris before tapping lightly against the woman's hand, and then wrapped around her digits briefly to transfer the images. With that, then the tendril slipped away and retreated back toward its master. Blackblood, who paid no more mind to the incident, returned to construction of the fence. He was now filling the pillars with buckets of concrete, and humming a strange tune. One of not this world or the next, but perhaps another realm entirely.

Pausing at the pile again she spreads her fingers a little. blinking out of habit she smiles when it speaks to her through images. "greetings to you too." she says softly with a gentle smile. Tilting her head lightly she listens to the strange tune he hums. sitting near by she listens.

Arriving late as per usual she spotted Daton and quickly made her way towards him, she knew she couldn't sneak up on the Seer so instead she just wandered on over and leaned against the other side of the tree. He was having his usual cigarette and saying nothing to anyone. This antisocial trend of his was becoming a nuisance. Regardless Xiomara wouldn't say anything to make the man - and her friend- uncomfortable. For now. "How are you liking being back, Daton? Not too much had changed, as you can hear."
