for once he had someone to relate to, someone who knew the burdens of carrying expectations as a leader. Hearing his answer vaughan finally took a seat on a fallen log, sighing long and wondering why he had taken things the way he had earlier. "no i wouldnt... but by god sometimes i feel like if i just took five minutes to close my eyes..." he murmered as he massaged his temples "i apologise Ajax" he added

-'do you'- She yanked her hands away from him when he asked, a motion like he had physically struck her. She didn't hear Sauri's scream her mind spiraling off down its own path of pain. Curling her knees up to her chest as she was left alone she sat quiet and still her brow furrowed deeply as Caine's question went round and round. Of course she knew, she could feel him like he were inside of her. She knew how he felt. The problem was she couldn't let him feel how she did.

Ajax sat beside him having finally gotten through to Vaughan. More so then he had managed to in the past where it concerned him and his family. Ajax had never been to fond of the destruction they had came to his home with but he was no longer one to talk, his own family had caused the death of Vaughan's brother. "The apology is not for me Vaughan, you know that its not. I do not need one" He folded his hands into his lap listening the the air around them. "Close your eyes Vaughan, five minutes won't do any damage" He pat the male gently on the back and got back up. "Hell even I take a break some times. Learn to lengthen that leash once in a while"

His voice. Sweet music to a shattered being. He had still come for her even when all seemed so dark. "Caine.." she said softly. She wanted to jump into his arms, and have him tell her all would be okay, but she hesitated. She was afraid. "She istryinto destroy everything I love...everything I hold close. I can't take a chance and be angry. That's her way in." She said, and shook her head. "I need help ..She will die for what she did.."

It tore him apart when he pulled Sauri against him, one of repulsion at the fact that her physical being had been a tool in the death of his brother and the other side of love for the woman he had fallen for. He knew what Nyx was doing and it filled him with another kind of hatred. "shh i know, you dont need to explain" he murmered, one hand gently stroking her hair soothingly as he held her with the other. "im sorry we were fighting, it shouldnt have been out here" he explained. he would not apologise for fighting period but he would for the fact that it had been displayed, it was a family argument not meant for open air. it had been happening since the day Romal had fallen. looking over her he reassured himself that she was okay

When he pulled her to him she broke down again. She held so tightly to him as if she feared he would vanish. She finally, let it all go. He knew. He knew it wasnt her, and that she had only been the vessel. She buried against Caine when he stroked his fingers through her hair. After a moment or two she looked up at him. Every bit the Sauri he knew and loved. She had a lock on the goddess for now.
"Fighting like that won't help anything. You know Romal would have chastised you both for it." She said softly, but with much pain in her voice. "I need you to trust me...I am going to kill Nyx, but I need your help, Vaughan Jax and eve too. I can bring him back to us..But I want her to be gone first, for good.." she said softly, utterly exhausted she leaned heavily on Caine.

Sighing she looked to the two brothers as they fought and traded words, though instead of making things worse by going over there she remained where she was, working diligently; determined not to let sorrow and anger be the foundations of her home. "Bunch of angry idiots, this is why we're so weak. Attacking one another, building our home in sorrow..... we'll never get peace this way." she grumbled, but her hands worked gently in contrast to her angry mood.
The plants weren't at fault and she concentrated on what she had to do, seeing that Kenshu had gone to join in on the fray. Whatever it was, it was their business and going to see would only add fuel to the fire. They all needed to get their feelings under control, "there's no point in building a home full of guilt and sorrow, it only draws more despair." With a shake of her head, Xio moved onto the next patch of dirt that needed to be cultivated.
From the corner of her eye she saw them leave Kenshu alone and she swallowed the anger, getting to her feet and going to gently touch at Kenshu's shoulder. "Hey, come on Kenshu." Gently she pulled the woman to her feet and twined her fingers with the frail girl's; leading her back to the plants. "You need to stay calm right now, Kenshu. We don't want anymore bad things to happen...... I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Come on, we need to hurry this construction along so we can get rooms next to each other's. We'll build secret passages, and I'll ask Ajax if we can have a greenhouse where we can spend our time away from all the noise, okay? But you have to help me." Bending down she took a pair of gardening scissors and clipped one of Sauri's roses, shearing off the thorns, then tucking some of Kenshu's hair behind her ear she placed the blooming bud in Kenshu's hair. "Calm, quiet and beautiful as a rose; but deadly and full of thorns. "

Darcassan just shook his head, he had been watching everything for a while as he finished what he was doing before dusting off the dirt, he had iverheard Xiomara's words and knew them to also be true. He knew something had to be done and rather then have everyone just in seperate spaces and moarning in the own way, this would only darker the new coven.
"Ladies and gentlemen, may I please have your attention please." He paused allowing his voice to carry throughtout the building areas, calling the others closer, usually he would have left this to the masters but it would see they were both in a state.
"I would just like to say a few things. It's brought to mine and a few other's attention that as we all know by now that we lost Romal not long ago, By none other then the one known as Nyx, Sauri is not to be blamed for it and while I know hardly anyone blames Sauri, all this pain, suffering in silence and dismay does nothing to remember the life of Romal"
"I do not think he would enjoy watching those he cared for and loves fighting amongest each other. This is not the time or place to be fighting with each other, if you wish to do that then you need to grow up and learn to know when what brings others together is not in fighting it is the love and care we all have for one another. Should anyone have anything else to say now would be a good time. Thank you for listening and I meant no disrespect to any by my words I just wish to not have something like this break what is already rebuilding." He bowed.

Blackblood withdrew the flask he'd offered Sauri Matashina, and tucked it back into his pocket as she walked off. His eyes moved to where the new attention lay, and then to the rest of the coven. In silence, he smoked a clove cigar, exhaling smoke from both through clenched teeth and nostrils, though his teeth clenched not in anger nor grief, as so many others would have it. The vampire paid more attention to what was going on between the fight of two others, and the sudden surrounding of people before them. Eyes hovered over Kenshu, knowing her face, but not her name, and watched as she paired with another after the fight, soon separated and left alone to see that one male who'd been fighting join with the coven Mistress. Blackblood cocked his head a fraction to the left, and from his rigid body, caused the vertebrae to pop softly. Finally, he turned and stuck the cigar between teeth and continued to work on the pillars. Thankfully, the mortar was not a cheap brand, and it wouldn't take so long for it to settle and harden. At his current pace, he could have the fence done or nearly completed in two or three nights.
His thoughts, though eyes no longer watched, surrounded the coven and its grief for the loss of a loved one. He wondered if his family had been so compassionate in learning of his death. He had attended KnOT's grand funeral, watched from the background. Nobody had seen him. Hell, no one had recognized him. At the time, it wasn't as bad. But now, he wondered if he should have stepped forward, and defied orders given to him by someone so close. His thoughts wandered to the last moments of his previous life, watching his brother shed a single tear as Blackblood's life slipped from one body to another.
Tendrils moved frantically with his thought process, getting far ahead of their master, and building frames and supports of columns, slathering mortar and mud for the stone bricks. Smoke left his collar in thick plumes, trailed and splitting behind him. After a few minutes, the man diminished his clove cigar and tossed it into the empty support of one column. He focused mainly now upon completing the frame, as filling the support would come last, only needing to dump strange amounts of concrete into the small square made by iron re-bars.

Xiomara touching her shoulder was enough to snap her out of getting totally lost but she still realed from the pain of it all she wanted so badly for him to just know how much it all meant but she would never allow it. Taking her hand she got to her feet keeping close tucked in she listened to Xiomara taking what comfort she could from her friend as she went on about times which sounded better. She had no heart to mention that they were still a long way from better days so she stayed silent. Darcassen seemed to be talking to everyone now but hit hardly reached her her attention being pulled somewhere else.
Blackblood he had been looking at her she still could not place him but something unsettled her, she looked at him a little while longer electric blue eyes searching him, but her mind was to consumed by other things to get a hold of him, eventually leading her to look away and once more listen to Xiomara. "Greenhouse... a house that is green and glass yes. Maybe a blue house though"

he took the time as ajax advised, though clearly it wouldnt be enough to subdue his emotions. deciding that it was better to leave and collect himself rather then stay and risk blowing things up again he stood and sighed, contemplating whether he should speak to Caine and apologise before leaving. In the end he decides against, taking his leave until he could return and help.

Small fingers move along the piles of materials, feet scuffed from not knowing where anything is. Hearing others around she tries to get her bearings on where on.the estate grounds she is. Exasperated she sits down, a subtle frown on.her lips she touches the stones of what feels like a pillar. "A new fence?" She says to herself. "Something to follow at least."

"He would have played referee before joining in" Caine answers with honesty, after-all they were brothers, there was always a wrestle about something. "Suddenly everyone seems to think they understood him' he murmurs with a sigh, though didn't let go of her for the sake of keeping himself together. Hearing the voicing opinions in the background he grit his teeth, choosing not to respond for the simple reasoning that he would simply end up fighting someone else.
"oh ive been researching on that bitch let me tell you" Caine added darkly in light of Nyx. "though how to kill her and not you is my dilemma" he added aware of Nyx's ability to invade Sauri's vessel. "Please let Vaughan get over things first, he is finding it difficult. I don't care if he gets angry just make sure its at me and no one else." he murmurs almost half in thought.

Now alone he stood for some time, hands folded in front of his form where he had now chosen to stood, not more then a few meters from where he and Vaughan were just conversing with one another. He would not talk to him again about the matter not unless Vaughan wished to seek out his council. Taking the time alone to gather his thoughts he eventually started to move once again, pausing to stop Delyla He took her hand and led her to the others, promptly letting go once he knew she would be safe in the care of them all.
"Back to work, this building won't construct itself" looking from each group to the next he wanted no more said on the matter of Romal's death. Enough pain had been lit for one day.

Startled she jumps a little, but follows the coven master back to the others. Finding.her way to the gardens she sits near a patch of dirt, plants in small plastic pots beside her she feels around for the small trowel and digs a hole. Taking one of the plastic potted plants she removes it from the pot and into the hole. Carefully she buries the roots, using sensitive fingers to move the soil where its needed.
