Left to tend to the blooming roses on her own and in the old fashion way, she knelt and got to work digging deep enough to plant the seeds all while humming to herself. Gardening had to be by far her favorite thing to do, since heavy duty labor wasn't. While Sauri was off busy with the fencing she continued to move around from spot to spot, sowing more seeds. Leaving the roses all in one area but mixing the Forget-Me-Nots and the Snow Drops to create a certain shape upon the ground. When looked at from above they would see the insignia of the Matashina coven, proudly displayed.

He watched his brother as he worked hard, perhaps a little harder at this task then he'd ever seen him work before. sure Caine once had turned a hand when it came to women but he'd always labelled it enjoyment. For once while he would be proud of his younger brother, anger and intrusive pain struck his bones as he watched and somehow as odd as he would be it felt so damn right. He wouldn't lay a finger on the old grounds to rebuild while his anger brimmed, more so with his brother.
approaching him at last he picked up a trowel, almost lazily dragging it through the mud in the wheelbarrow. "You know i would have expected a little more from the one person who's copped crap from other people when this has happened before. you've gone soft Caine, you think you've found yourself a comfortable place and even though Roma's six foot under your playing the good boy role" he murmured to his brother in a low and almost savage tone. he eyed at the people in the distance while he froze the wet cement in the wheelbarrow, effectively halting what his brother could do. It was obvious that Vaughan had taken Romal's passing harder then he'd taken alot of things and the confusion brought on from Caine's sudden desire to provide a very wise defense for Sauri infuriated him. He'd worked the angles like an expert, ensuring that while he could see most, he was blocked from view by the half built wall Caine had commenced building.

Darcassan watched and listened before moving away to start work, he didn't need to speak, he had been informed of what had happened to one of the members as he focused on the task at hand rather then dwelling on recent events.

He soon found himself well away from the rest of the group, secluded and alone he had some bricks and a wheel barrow of cement at his disposal. Straightening out the surface he lay a long line of bricks slowly he did not even try and use any of his speed he wanted the time to himself, rushing would bring him closer to some of the others. Pausing after an hour he lit up a cigar, sitting down upon the cold earth he now silently took the time to look around, to look at the members of his coven and what had become of them.

he stayed where his feet stopped him as the others moved about working and thought about, well, everything. his mind was naturally inclined to be logical and systematic but he didn't even remember the last time it had been either. with a turn, he looked around him. this whole project could be finished in a matter of minutes if some felt like making it so, but instead they didn't. none of them were rushing or anything, working just as fast as humans would and that's what would make it special. or something like that.
he found the blue-prints easily and while he studied them he created a n exact 3D model that floated above his upturned right hand. the model constantly shifted, broke apart, re-built. an interactive version of the prints. when he finished he closed his hand and stored the model away, to be pulled up when he needed it, and stepped over to the materials to begin whatever he found that needed doing.

Genevieve had stayed in one spot for a short time. Ajax had passed her briefly, not saying a word to her or any other for that matter. Her head had turned in his direction for a few minutes while she thought quietly to herself. Others came and seemed to either gravitate towards Sauri or to the grounds for the new estate. Blinking irrelevant thoughts away reminded herself of the task at hand that needed to be done. She went in her own direction to gather supplies that they might need.
Her hair twisted and curled into tight ringlets that framed her face. She stepped to the far side area, beyond where anyone else was going to begin.

With Sauri Matashina's thanks in mind, he bowed to her once more, indicating he was going to depart soon to begin work on the Coven fence. As he rose to glance at the woman once more, he spoke a final time,
"Thank you for understanding. Please, have the materials delivered to the front of the estate, and I will remain there until I am either finished, or there is another task you would ask of me."
With that, he backed from Sauri Matashina a few steps before turning on his heels completely and striding toward the beginning of the property. His arms folded themselves behind his back, and gloved hands clasped along the opposing forearm. In his short walk, the male contemplated what needed to be done. Fence making of the desired style was within his skill range, like building a castle, although, only a much less grand scale. A small smirk had plastered his lips in another upward curl as he approached the beginning of the property, where he would start his construction. Conveniently enough, the materials had arrived before he did. He cocked his head slightly, and the tendrils beneath his coat slowly crept out from beneath the fabric. Their edges peeked out slowly at first, before several had begun to rush for the assorted sizes of stones that lay in a crate nearby.

She came to help but she didn't know where. Everything that had happened had unhinged her pretty badly and she was convinced coming outside would be a terrible idea. The fact she could now feel Vaughan, not only him but his emotions made it worse, put her on edge made the spirits scream. Electric blue eyes darted around like a deer in headlights, backing away she was about to leave when she spotted a safe face. She ran to it, soon beside Xiomara she sat down close to her for now with nothing to say, not until she felt a better hold.

Glancing over her shoulder she smiled at Kenshu who seemed out of sorts at the moment, not one for too much nonsense she slid gloves on Kenshu's hands so that they could touch. Then taking her gloved fingers taught her how to make life. "Here, help me dig out a hole and pour in these seeds. These are special flowers, and you're going to help me make them bloom." In the other gloved palm she poured a bit of seeds, working on her own patch of dirt. To lighten more of Kenshu's mood and get her mind away from whatever it was that was tormenting her, she pulled a hat from the basket, it was a wide gardening hat. And it was placed on Kenshu's head, smiling softly she rocked back on her heels and looked Kenshu up an down. "You make a very pretty flower lady, and at least it will keep the sun away from your face so we don't have to put the silly white line of sunscreen on your nose."

Snapping out of what ever had a hold on him he stood up, like a veil had been lifted from his eyes. Looking around slowly he saw what there was really to see. Yes they had lost ones they loved, in the wars and more recently at the hands of Nyx but before him in this pit stood the ones who made it and would continue to live with the strength which was what made the coven so strong, even if they mourned so strongly.
With his thoughts he started to move from one member to another seeing if they needed any help with specific things. Asking at each point.

Tendrils dropped rocks in piles, in a straight line thus far, each pile being precisely six feet and nine inches away from each other. Other tendrils sifted over the soil, digging and scraping dirt out in the shapes of claws and spades, until in the earth lay a foundation crater of precisely sixteen inches deep. Blackblood himself had the pleasure of picking up iron re-bars, and driving five in the ground. Four in a square, and then one in the middle of each square. These inner squares were several inches away from the edge of the initial hole, as Blackblood was building the frames and support for each pillar before constructing the groundwork for masonry. For each pillar, he carried only five rods in his left hand, while the right took a single rod at a time and drove it into the ground by his force and strength alone. He'd use mortal strength levels to test how firmly each rod was placed, and each time, he was satisfied with the stability. Tied so clearly into his work, he paid little attention to others, even the other Matashina twin as he had begun to visit with members of his coven. Blackblood paused momentarily, and pulled his over-sized collar to the side, allowing room for a clove cigar to hang between his lips. He fished out a lighter and lit the end before he continued his task without further rest.
His tendrils shivered, when being too far from their origin, and slithered back to their master, not wanting to get ahead of himself. Each tendril was like a piece of him, and yet, not. They were as dark as a shadow at midnight, lethal, and nifty when it came to trivial tasks such as this. As more supplies were dropped off at his work site, Blackblood only gave the contractors a nod of dismissal before his shadow tendrils took over the handling. With several column frames already made, Blackblood's tendrils began to mix the mortar necessary for slathering the stones together. The vampire himself attended to himself for a few minutes, smoking his clove and flicking ash away from the tip. He watched, with eyes so red behind the shades, as each flake of burned material fluttered to the ground, while the main husk dropped quickly, cackling as an asteroid entering atmosphere. Slender fingers, gloved, reached into his coat pocket at the hip, and withdrew a black leather strap over brushed steel flask. Upon opening, he lifted the flask beneath his nostrils and took in the scent with a breath of pure satisfaction. The flask was filled with blood type AB negative. He took a long drink from the flask, refilling the lost blood-pool he'd expended while using his powers to help construct the fence so far.

She watched Blackblood for a short while. She frowned a little, and looked back at her garden. She saw Kenshu with Xiomara, and smiled a little then. She thought it best to leave them alone. She closed her eyes, and the ground frosted around her from the use of magic. the vines grew into strong plants, and she setto work on fixing the fountain and pathways within the garden. She fixed it by hand, laying each stone. the magic tended to the plants. she sat back after a little while and sighed softly. a sense of pride filled her to see all those who came to help. though inside she blamed herself and chastised herself, on the outside she no longer showed it. now and then she would come and check onblackblood and his progress on the fence.

Blackblood had not even shed a single droplet of blood-sweat yet, as he had been pacing himself with both his mastery over the shadows and his own work to set the columns. By the second visit Sauri Matashina had made to him, he'd gone through several large crates of stone and bags of quick mortar, completing the exterior surfaces of seven columns. He was working on the eighth when she had returned, and he paused a moment to greet her with another formal bow. This bow, however, he'd tucked both hands behind his jacket at the small of his back and bowed almost completely horizontal. As he rose, the hands left his back and dusted the gloved surface off, before reaching to his collar and taking the clove cigar from his mouth. He clipped the tall collar back over his face and diminished the smoking accessory against the soil within the foundation hole.
"Good evening, and welcome back, Madame."
As before, he spoke politely and dropped the snuffed clove cigar into one of his pockets, keeping her grounds clean of his mess, save for what was left over as far as construction debris. At his feet, his shadow tendrils sneaked silently beneath his coat, and diminished their existence as they melded with his shadow. He had kept himself busy for what could have been hours, and paid little attention to anyone until they came as close to him as the female leader did. Eyes steadily watched the woman from behind their sunblocker shades, and hands were folded against his back again, standing resolute as if she were a superior officer, and they were in the military.

His demeanor toward her was....unique and she smoothed down the front of her clothes. a simple pair of black cotton pants and quarter sleeved shirt. dirt covered her arms, andher hair was in a messy bun. "It's looking great. I appreciate you helping." She said and smiled at him.
"Uh, you don't have to be so formal. " she said and looked at bis glasses. "If there is anything you need let me know. ill be near by." She said and turned a little. "I'll be repairing the fountains." She said and went to the circle where the large fountain had been and set to fixing and replacing it.

At the mention of his formality, his arms simply dropped to his sides, and his footing changed only slightly- spreading from mere inches between his feet to almost a full foot. When the Madame's eyes rose to look at his sunglasses, he blinked behind them and locked onto her gaze. He nodded once in silence, even though a question had not been spoken. However, when she turned to leave, he stepped forward and his voice left lips almost unwillingly,
"Ah, excuse me, Madame?"
He cleared his throat and looked off to the side, down at the ground, before he gathered what he was going to say, in order to fix his slip up of speaking out instead of remaining so isolated and reserved. Finally, he looked up, after at least thirty seconds of silence, his eyes moved to meet Sauri Matashina's once more. His glasses had slipped a bit, but he paid them no mind, sure that his eyes were still hidden from sight.
"I am aware that much is to be done in the reconstruction of your home, but, all cannot be completed in a single evening... Why not stay a moment and talk? Perhaps, I..."
He shook his head...
"I speak out of my place among your lands, a stranger to them, and not a registered citizen either, but, forgive my insolence. You look as though you are in need of company."
