Grant me Serenity (pt 2)

[Ariana]

"No. It is alright. I thought you would be out longer than a couple minutes.."

She smiled and tossed the coffee color tresses away from her face. Fingers running over the skin of her leg.

"So, should we go somewhere else so clean up and maybe I could get some rest?"

[Darcassan]

Darcassan looked at her and nods, he pointed to a lake which seemed to form out of nothing as he looked at Kase. Petting the massive creature's head again, the more he was around Kase the more it would seem he was getting his strength back.

"We can clean up there if you like Ariana, the water can be change to hot or cold, which ever you need and it heals as well. "

[Ariana]

She looked at him and then to the lake which seemed to appear out of no where. He was nothing like her race. They may have had the same looks but past that they were completely different in nearly every way.

"How..how did you do that?"

Ariana did not move yet, it was too unknown for her to have something just appear out of thin air. It was nothing that she was able to do, at least not to her knowledge.

[Darcassan]

Darcassan grinned and rose to his feet. "Lets just say that your race is much more different then my own. We are well versed in the old ways rather then the new ones." He chuckled before being pushed into the water by Kase.

Coming up and spat out the water, giving a slight glare at Kase as the massive creature just lay down by the edge and went to sleep.

[Ariana]

She could not help but chuckled when Cassan was tossed into the water. She stood up and removed her battle armor, just leaving the bit of tattered clothes on before she jumped into the water. It was cool and refreshing. Her burns instantly felt better when the water touched them. When she surfaced she pulled her hair out of the way and released a sigh of relief.

"This is fantastic.."

She groaned and submerged herself fully under the water and swam a little closer to him before resurfacing a few feet away.

[Darcassan]

Darcassan shook his head and moved over to the side, pulling out the weapons he had on him and lay them on the edge of the lake as the armor he had on, leaning him only in long under clothing on his bottom half.

Looking around then spotted her. "Feeling better it would seem and look at the water, it never changes color even when there is a lot of blood in the water." If she looked hard enough she would see there were glowing crystals of all shapes and sizes on the floor of the lake

[Ariana]

She looked at the gems below even decided to dive down to pick about four up before bringing them to the surface. They sparkled blue and turquoise. When she resurfaced she moved to the side to place the crystals there. Then she swam back out to him, the pain in her leg just a dull numbing sensation now.

"Thank you for this Cassan. But remember, our societies may be different. What else can you do besides conjure a lake out of no where?"

She kept most of her body below the water as she watched him. Rather enjoying the feel of it despite all of the events. Even forgetting how tired she was.

[Darcassan]

Darcassan looked at her for a few mometns before pointing to the air as he now sat cross legged above her with a small tilt of his head, humming to himself as the air around them seemed to change.

Rain soon fell but there was a difference within the rain, it seemed a lot heavier then normal rain and it was colored, each droplet was a different color. "A lot more things then most can but that's left for you to find out."

[Ariana]

She raised her hand to catch the rain, laughing at the different colors as they all landed in her hand to create a ty-dye pool before falling into the lake. Lowering her and into the water she shook her head with a smile and swam closer towards him.

"I look forward to other things that you can show me, Cassan."

[Darcassan]

Darcassan dropped back into the water and sunk to the bottom just sitting there, he didn't need to breath underwater since his body adapted to the water and allowed him to breath as if he was above the water.

Watching her as he tilted his head and waited for her to see what else she would do. He could clearly see Kase grinning as he rolled his eyes at the animal.

[Ariana]

She took in a lungful of air and followed him down to the bottom of the lake. Swimming was something that she enjoyed when at home, or any where. Once down at the bottom she released a small amount of air so that she could just float in the water in front of him. Eyes lit up to a bright honey color. She leaned over and kissed his cheek while they were both submerged before swimming back to the surface with a smile.

[Darcassan]

Darcassan blinked, kicking off the bottom and surfaced, looking at her with a raised eyebrow. "May I ask what that was for." He was slightly worried since it meant several things he knew all to well within his own people but it may be different for her own so he needed to ask.

He watched her before moving to the edge of the lake and sat there, keeping his legs in the water and waited to see what her answer would be.

[Ariana]

"I owed you a thank you earlier for saving me from the Coven and..because I have feelings for you Cassan. Feelings I have not felt towards anyone else I have ever met.."

She watched him now, waiting to see what he was going to say. Her skin heating up and flushing with color. It was unknown to her what would happen next.

[Darcassan]

Darcassan blinked again before tilting his head to the left. "You're blushing Ariana." He did not truly understand for in his people they did not express their feelings let alone ask what they wanted, they usually just took it.

"Does this mean you wish to mate with me." He was rather edgey now as he just watched her with deep yellow eyes as a hint of lightning blue seemed to seep into the yellow.

[Ariana]

She looked at him, alarmed rather since what he suggested was not something she would do then.

"Well..I..I mean..That would open happen if both of us consented to it and in time. You asked what the kiss was for and I responded.."

She began to move to the side of the lake, suddenly feeling cold despite the fact that the water was more warm now than what it had been.
