Leaving the food for now he picked up one of the massive super sized drinks Alex had got for him, inspecting it to find out it was some sort of slush puppy he put it back unable to handle something so cold.
Picking up a small bottle of orange juice he drank that instead whilst having a look at all of the other things Alex had purchased for the two of the,.

"Change?" he didn't know the term since this is the first ever time he had anything to do with money, he took a long drinka nd held his head, whinning softly when he got brain freeze, his head donked on the table as he grumbled under his breath. "Stupid drink."

"yes the money that is left over after you paid for the food and drinks, you can keep it" he stretched out watching Alex probably have his first and probably not last attack of brain freeze from the cold drink that he had downed.
"Put your thumb on the roof of your mouth it will ease it away" he patted him on the shoulder and couldn't help laugh a little at the display shown by him. "I'm sure you've had worse then brain freeze kid"

Grumbled, putting his thumb to the roof of his mouth and slowly felt it ease, he thought over that comment for a while till the brain freeze faded and he pulled his thumb out of his mouth, making sure to now avoid the colder drink when needed a drink fast. "Age four I was skinned alive by my father." He kept his head rested on the table so his eyes couldn't be seen.

He didn't respond in shock or in sympathy for what Alex had told him, he just watched him his eyes tracing the boys skin for any scarring that would indicate such a thing happening.

Looked up at him and tilted his head ever so slightly, getting up and lightly tugged on his hand to pull him where no one was, lifting up the clothing to espose the skin tight armor. He looked around to make sure no one was looking and lifted up part of the armor. Wincing slightly now that he could feel it. The partly healed skin showed as did the rest of the blood red scared skin. The armor had healed into most of his skin. "Don't know how but can't take the armor off cause it takes the healed skin off as well"

He followed Alex to see what the child wanted to show him. Kneeling down when Alex produced his skin to him he frowned his hand moving to it but it stopped a short distance away. He wouldn't touch him or hurt it but he knew that now he had seen it he could not leave it and forget about it.
"I will get someone to heal you Alex, as soon as I find someone"

Covering the armor again as he looked at Erebus. "I do remember something, I remember that father spoke always of mother and how she was with big sister but when ever I asked him anything about her, he always told me she wasn't anyone important, it leads me to think I don't share the same mother as my other two siblings did. It would explain a few things..."

He nodded not understanding why a father could do such a thing to his son, blood relation or not.
Scruffing up Alex's hair he moved his hands away from his shirt and smiled again the frown leaving his eyes. A thing he was good at doing even when he didnt feel like it.
"We are here to have fun kid. Lets go have fun"

Looked up at him and then looked away. "Your Son and wife would be proud of you" He slipped away and walked back over to the chair, grabbing a small handful of caramel corn and tossed then up one by one, catching them, enjoying the sweetness from the food.

He followed Alex not replying to what had been said to him, even though it did mean a lot. He knew Alex would feel that much at least.
Stopping for a while so Alex could finish his food and drinks he had a cigarette pausing every now and again to have a staring competition with unknown human's who thought it ok to look at him for to long.

Watches the others stare and just moved, sitting in his lap and rested against his chest. He didn't care what they were whispering about, he trusted Erebus as he looked up at him. "Think thier eyes will fall out of their heads if they stare to long." He giggled under his breath.

Erebus had tossed his cigarette away when Alex had come to sit with him "I don't know, doubt it but it would be real funny to watch" he smiled back.
Sitting for a while longer he got up again rolling his shoulders "Want anymore rides or have you had enough to go back home now?"

Dropped onto his feet as he looked up at him, thinking to himself. "Could always just rip them out" He was joking of course as he looked at the water and shuddered, keeping away from it as he looked around again. "I think home is best"

He could see that Alex was tired he figured it had probably been a really long day for him, seeing things and feeling things that he had never before. It was probably exhausting.
Picking Alex up he sat him up on his shoulders so he could see the rest of the park from a higher vantage point as they left.
