His brow furrowed in concentration, Vaughan's eyes traced over another passage in the old leather bound book. The inn itself wasn't occupied by many people which made his return back from Romania much easier to adjust within. He hadn't left messages or contacted any of the brothers, instead taking himself out of the situations at hand to collect another set of old journals and visit Asha who agreed to meet up with the eldest brother in Amsterdam. At least she had been well and surprisingly not bothered by Nero.
He still bore the mark of allegiance to Plague though had ceased to answer questions well before leaving. Not alot had changed with his physical being however he had argued with himself time and time again on all of the things that had happened. How did things ever go from simple to so complicated? His pattern of thought was abruptly disrupted by the old lady who ran the inn, clearing her throat so that he would notice her and lean back so she could place the cup of coffee on the table in front of him
"Thankyou" He acknowledged her, earning an odd look in silence before he was left alone to his thoughts again.
