Criston sat with a crying Asha, huddled in his embrace which highlighted the distance in her age compared to the boys. both sat upon the row of chairs which bordered infront of the gate. The boys were a different story, Vaughan and Caine sat at the airport bar whilst they waited for Nathaniel to land from his holiday. Neither of them spoke as they almost single handedly drank the bar dry, already having had words in the car on the way to the airport over the whole situation. Having chosen to take their brother home to Romania and place his body into the family crypt, they waited for the last of them to join, to accompany the body back to their homeland, to bury their fallen

His eye sang with an aching pain, a dull roar in his chest where Vaughan had laid a good one against him. He hated every minute, every second of each day after Romal's passing, trying so hard to find some odd balance between his protection over Sauri and empathy for his family in the deadly hour. Vaughan however had still not accepted this, repeatedly goading his younger sibling into a fight since comparing his previous issues to Romals death, telling him the twins should have eaten their words after the times they had been blamed for such a thing. Of course Vaughans way of commenting had been harsh and Caine had responded exactly as any of the Dimitru's ever did. He hadnt spoken to Sauri, asking for time to get his head around things but had left details that he was going home to lay Romal to rest

Finally the shudder of the plane wheels had hit the deck and after half an hour of stuffing about the aeroplane staff began calling row lists to leave the craft. Pulling his slightly plump drawstring bag from the overhead compartment, Nathaniel hurriedly excused his way past a group of tourists, a young couple and reluctantly waiting for an older lady to get through the shuttle door before leaping down the connection tunnel in mid run. As his feet carried him quickly he tried to focus on his juttering watch, jumping back and forth in rhythm with his steps.
Pausing at the gate to collect his stamp from the lady Nathaniel ran into the main airport terminal, looking both ways once he'd gotten out of a lift and swore loudly as he read the sign "Gate 5 terminal 3" springing into a run as his bag flung about wildly behind him, Nathaniel ran in the direction of the gate hoping to hell he would get there in time to meet up with his brothers. there was nothing worse then being late for a funeral.

Arriving in the air port she had hoped that she had missed them and that Nathaniel would have arrived on a later flight. She had been waiting around for Sauri but couldn't find her so had gotten on the plane herself. An interesting and very uncomfortable journey for her which had her hiding away in the locked toilet for most of it. But as soon as she reached the terminal she sensed then. More powerfully she sensed Vaughan but she could tell Caine and Nathaniel were also in the building.
Looking around for them, she knew she couldn't avoid them now, if she had felt them they would have felt her. Dragging a bag which her little frame looked incapable of doing she wondered around deciding the bar was probably the best bet where these lot were concerned.

She had planned on sneaking past, so as not to start any quarrels, it she decided no longer. She stepped up to Kenshu's side, silent she looked at her, though her eyes spoke everything. She followed her, her stomach tight. She knew Vaughan blamed her, but Caine stood by her and she would be here for him, for all of them. She braced herself for the harsh things that they might say to her, no.e the less she was here to say goodbye for now...and apologize in secret to Romal.

When Sauri came to stand beside her she put a little more distance between them, not wanting to accidentally infect Sauri with the own things she was feeling. She still hadn't said sorry for attacking her and she wasn't going to, but she let Sauri know one small thing. She forgave her for not fighting off the Goddess.
Taking one big breath, the one before the plunge she took off striding this time straight for Vaughan, Sauri didn't need his attention on her right now. "V?"

He had been completely lost in thought until her voice cut through to him almost instantly. he hadnt expected her to show up at all despite her closeness to their family and it threw him well off his guard. Turning around he looked at her somewhat confused "hey' he replied, standing as though to welcome her with a hug except he stops rather awkwardly, not so sure on how she would react.

She looked up at him as he stood, her body ridged though her eyes said another story they looked at him full of everything that she couldn't say, she wanted so badly to make his pain less then it was in anyway that she could. Looking down when tears threatened her she shuffled weight from one foot to the other, feeling smaller then she had ever felt. "I'm sorry... for Romal"

"dont apologise Kenny, but thankyou" he replied watching her. he shoved the idea of hugging her down though inside it tore at him when he looked into her eyes. "we're just waiting for Nate...you errr...want a drink?" he offers her

"Nathan is here, he is just in the wrong place" she couldn't stop a little smile of affection for Nate and his ever disorganized ways. "Yeah drink, drink is good" she nodded moving around him to sit on the other side of him,she kept her hands to herself afraid of touching him, not sure what she might see, or vise versa.

He couldnt help but chuckle at her response regarding Nathaniel, he couldnt agree more. it had thrown him back how collected she was as she stood with him, a glimmer of what she had been previously. He pulled a seat over for her, ordering for her as he had always done. "so Caine told me you tried to deck sauri" he murmers with a small smirk

She nodded quickly telling the bar tender what she wanted without actually speaking which made him droip a few glasse, sighing at her own thoughtlessness she sat silent for a little while. Not having any anger for Sauri anymore. "Yes, he got in our way was going for her throat"

She didn't say anything when Kenshu put distance between them. She frowned a little deeper and walked silently. e stopped outside the bar, and waited. she had no desire to fightwith Vaughan.her arms crossed over her cheat she listened, and her expression fell a little more when she heard their topic. She growled aittle and questioned her coming. She knew better though, it was for Romal. She had to say her piece to hin before she took.down the reason for his death. The she could det to bringing him back to all of them. She knew not at what cost but to her right then it didn't matter. If it would make things right she would do it.

Caine politely excused himself when Kenshu sat down with Vaughan, their conversation certainly not the thing he wanted playing on his mind. taking his pint he turned to leave, taking two steps and almost walking smack into Sauri. he hadnt felt her presence he had been so swamped with emotion and his expression showed his surprise to see her, let alone two feet away from Vaughan who had recently made it a mission to voice his opinions. "hey" he murmured, setting his glass aside, taking little hesitation to give her a gentle hug, turning to avoid his own bruises as he pulled her close. He hated Nyx for the sick feeling in his stomach when he touched his fiance, knowing her hands physically ripped the heart from his brothers chest. though against all, he knew it hadn't been Sauri. he led her away from Vaughan and Kenshu, gesturing to a smaller and more private booth to speak

She hugged Caine gently when he pulled her close, and her eyes closed. Without warning or her permission a few stray tears fell from her eyes. She had been beside herself lately, and it was showing. "Hey" she whispered back, then followed him to the more private booth he led her too. She sat down, and sighed. "They really hate me, don't they....." She said quietly.
