Sighing he gently head butted the glass then turned himself to watch what she was doing.

The barrier that had kept everything out had come back into play, steeling her mind and body from ever allowing herself to feel much of anything was a welcome reprise. "I've been alive for a long time, but dead even longer. There's no such thing as an easy and simple life. Often I dally with the idea of wearing a baseball card on my person and give it out to those that ask about my life. Or publicize it for all to read at their leisure. Though other times I value having my privacy since I have been robbed of all else." Fingers worked nimbly to unfold the clothes and air them before setting them on the island counter. Siebelink would hang them later when alone in her bedroom.

He leant back agaisnt the surface looking around the empty room. He some times wished his life were like the room, empty that no one would care if he just vanished into oblivion.

"Its a matter of perception, if you perceive my solitude as being hard then I suppose I did live a hard life. Would I have done it any differently? No. I know the outcome, yet I would do nothing different." Amber optics watched Erebus look towards the middle of the room, while her mind would listen to what he thought he wanted out of the emptiness. "It gets rather dull, oblivion. You've too much life in you to think of giving up so easily. I will make you aware that you are welcome to ask me anything about my private life that you wish to ask. I hide nothing, and there is the smidgen of hope that my life will make yours seem that much better."

He looked towards her when she answered his thoughts, he couldn't help but feel a little invaded but he was settled knowing that she had not done it to be unkind or hurtful to him.
"You think that you will make my life better or you hope that you will improve my self afflicted opinion of my life?"

"I'm not that presumptuous Erebus. You're the only one that can improve your life, besides the fact that I have no interest in fixing what's broken why would I choose you out of everyone else? It would be unfair, no matter what a nice man you are." Quiet footfalls led from the small island counter to her bedroom, yet it seemed that the vampire had never moved an inch. Her amber gaze settling like a quiet blanket of fresh snow upon his figure. "You've many secrets to unveil. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone of what you hide or your wish to become another husk. A slow smile reached him at whet Siebelink was saying, for the most part she had him bang on correct, she had worked him out just not all of him. It didn't bother him that she knew as long as the ones that relied upon the strength he held did not. It actually felt good for someone to know that he wasn't just some laughing idiot obsessed with having a good joke.

Tapping his hands against the counter in a rhythem he Started chewing upon his lower lip thinking about what she had just asked him and what he wanted to ask her should he think of anything.

It was an extremely easy question to answer, yet there was a moment of hesitancy. "There are no other lands which contain a unique coven such as this. It is not my nature to look for a place to belong in or for someone tobelong with. The world is like an aquarium to me, where these lands have created a unique habitat and all the schools of fish answer to one authority.I short, it is interesting to see that the sharks swim with and protect their prey.
