Of all the poisons and toxins he had face the worse by far was somthing simple, something so unique in nature it manipulated the world within its grasp, raging war and peace with one use, maluable into many contexts. an emotion..
it was love.
It ran through him even on a good day and since the seperation of the one and only hed fallen for, Vaughan had decided it would one day kill him like a plagued disease. Though as sickening as the emotion was, he couldnt help but fuel it. his desire of what was lost and perhaps better to be left lost simply drove him to spend an unusual amount of time in the library even for himself.
Somewhat having convinced himself that he might be able to solve Kenshu's problem of being taunted Vaughan sat for his third night in the library, beginning finally in the restricted section. He was exhausted and run down but the disease laid in his shell spurred him on, sat in an aisle amongst piles of ancient scriptures and scrolls

On light stockinged feet the little inu girl walks through the building in search of the very few people she knew in the city she had found herself in. Most of the scents had faded over time and the whole place was quiet enough to make it spooky to her. At the end of a hallway she picks up one scent that was newer than the rest and of someone she knew as a friend. Her ears perk up as she follows it to an open door that led to a room full of books, scrolls, and a whole bunch of shelves. After looking around her with wide eyes she continues on with her nose wiggling in the air. A few minutes later had her at the end of a row with haunted looking Vaughan surrounded with writings that looked and smelled older than the building. Trying to be as quiet as she could, the little girl moved to the edge of the pile and sat crouched and waiting to see if he would let her come closer.

Vaughan was aware of someone present, however so engrossed was he that he never raised his head to look. Instead he scanned through the scroll within his grasp, brow furrowed as his lips twitched in minute movements as though he spoke the words silently to himself. after a few moments of this he finally paused, lifting his gaze with a troubled expression "Can i help you?" he asked aloud, not bothering with scents, only that he knew someone was near. he figured there was no threat since he hadnt had an outward and boisterous encounter from who ever it was that watched him. his vision eventually reminded him of Cameo who stood at the end of the row in which he sat, though nothing prompted him to move or speak futher

Rihza had found her way to the old building after a few directions. She was in no big hurry to get to the main part of the house and would rather get to know the area fist rather then ask for the twins she had heard about and if she could stay. Tossing a small white ball from one hand to the next the young girl heard others in the vast library and decided to investigate. Watching the others talk she got bored and looked to a table, picking up an old scroll and spreading it out on a table. It was about her favorite thing, plants. She kept her ears open to the others while she noticed the irony of the scroll, made by a dead plant and talking about living plants. She looked to the others now and then but stayed respectful, keeping to herself. She didn't know them but it was nice to be around non humans.
