The images provided by Alex started to flood through into his mind. He knew they were not his own memories but at least it helped him clear a few things up.
Falling back against the pillows upon the bed he closed his eyes unable to help feeling as though he had missed something major happening.

Curled up on the bed and tried to get what he had seen out of his head, he placed both hands over his ears, the scream echoing in his head, he had never thought to having given himself up for anyone yet he had stood against the creature and even offered himself in exchange, he shook his head and fell into a light sleep, trying to forget what he had seen happen to Erebus.

Flashes of a face kept him awake for most of the night, a face he recognized as his father he had only recently come to know of him and who he was, before he had arrived here on Matashina land he had not known him.
"What?" he growled somewhere close to 4am when the image still kept on flashing through his head.
No reply came to him so he got up walking through the gardens until the sun rose high in the skies.

Slowly woke up just before dawn and looked around, rubbing his eyes as he got out of bed, looking to the bloodstained clothing in the corner of the room, turning away and moved to stand outside, looking to where he knew the sun would rise, he sighed dropping to sit down and rest back against the side of the house.

He had come to a stop in his pacing at about 6am and had gone down onto the grass lying down with his eyes closed he was lost inside his own mind not hearing Alex get up or move around.
Sighing he tossed an arm up over his face the sun rise annoying him as the glare shon against his eye lids.

Moved over to Erebus and looked down at him, tilting his head and just watched, unsure of what to do and just sat beside him, resting his head on his knees and closed his eyes. Listening should anything move, mainly Erebus.

He finally heard him when he came and sat right next to him. He didn't respond for what seemed like a long time though his mind still stuck on last night he was slowly starting to understand but still not remember anything of his own.
"You are up early. Are you ok?"
He did not move only his lips did. "Everything ok?"

Didn't open his eyes. "Your head's a mess." he lightly rested a hand on his shoulder in slight comfort. "When you were hurt you called out to them, you mistook me for Noah." He opened his eyes and just watched over Erebus, unsure of what would happen now. He didn't like watching Erebus suffer so much.

"I'm sorry Kid" he replied feeling bad that he may have hurt the kid, made him feel less cared about some how.
"I'm sorry I scared you.."
He sighed still staying in the place he was in before. He knew more things like this would happen and he started to contemplate the problems it would cause Alex.
"If something happens to me again I need you to run away"

Shakes his head and looked down at him. "I offered myself to that thing if he saved you, I don't know why I did but I was willing to save you at the cost of my own life." He didn't budge from his side as he thought to himself.

"Oh God..." he sighed loudly his chest falling badly from the intensity of it. Moving his arm he looked away the sun in his eyes.
"You did?" Alex hadn't shown him that part of it all before. "That makes me feel sick...." he shuddered.
"Don't die for me. Alex please please don't get yourself hurt because of me, please. I couldn't live with myself"

Stared at him and shakes his head, he couldn't help but move so he was sitting on his chest so he was blocking out the sun. "Open your eyes and look at me." The cut above his eyes still showed and a small amount of bruising had shown aroun the stitches in the cut. "You and I are in this and like it or not I'm not unhappy that I am bound to you, I'm glad. I got what I always wanted and you think I am going to give that up, you're sorly mistaken" Glaring down at him.

He squinted up at Alex as he kind of pinned him down. Frowning he lay his head back down against the floor with a thud.
"Yeah thats fine. And thats good and I am glad but Alex if one of us were to die please do not let it be you. Think of it this way, it would be better if it were me, because I would want death anyway if it were not"

Grumbled down at him and got up. "Then stalemate, you won't let me go and I won't let you go" He placed his hands back into his pockets then remembered why he had come out here and lightly kicked at the ground. "You hungry?"

Now the weight of Alex was off his chest he started to get back up. He could have punched himself for acting this way.
"Lets get something to eat. Then we can go out. Anywhere you want. Where have you always wanted to go?"
