"If you and Xiomara are experiencing similar nightmares, why are you two so far apart from one another? Something like this usually brings people closet together when a similar fear haunts both parties." Sensing more to the story by the way he looked to his hand, Siebelink raised an eyebrow in question. "The only way to beat darkness I'd with light, at times controlling your dreams proves to be a great skill. Dangerous, but great. However, I think you and Xiomara have a lot to speak over before either of you becomes a match for the darkness."

he quickly jerked his sight away from his hand to some random patch of ground "well. i doubt shed be too thrilled to talk to me about it. and wouldnt ya know it, my divine manifestation is light. and even better: what Xio says is not a simple exaggeration. our minds literally travel to The Abyss when we sleep. we're nothing but that bitch's toys. im sure Xios come to the same conclusion that all we know to do is avoid giving her the chance to control us all together. but your right. we have to do something before that stops working"

"Is there any way you could call her to you? There has to be some benefit from this mess. I can mediate the conversation because if you both remain awake you will drive yourselves insane and then fall to darkness. Eventually you'll both end up toys on separate ends of the spectrum." Eyes narrowed decimally as his gaze was abruptly changed to the ground. "How did Xiomara's contamination happen?"

"she came in direct contact with The Abyssal. some blood was transferred i think. my heads taken a few knocks sense then so its hard to remember. and, that same day she almost died quite a few times actually. one of those times i took a piece of her soul and it connects us visually and mentally from time to time." though he knew she noticed his gaze did not shift and his speaking was a bit quieter than normal

This story seemed to get more complicated the deeper she delved and this was only the beginning. "Asking why the Abyssal didn't just let Xiomara go is a redundant question. Let me take a gander here, she wants to see you suffer by making your friends suffer. Am I wrong in this deduction?" Having looked away from the male Siebelink focused on a few stray rocks and brought them to rotate above her palm in a flat circle, mirroring the way the planets moved around the sun. She had noticed that his voice had gotten quiet and thought that perhaps there was more than friendship at stake. "Are you in love with Xiomara? Answer honestly, I may have a temporary solution."

"no, your probly not wrong about that" he hopped down and waved his left hand, watching as the chair turned black and then disintegrated, but he moved no further "love. I.. dont know. its hard to think about with all thats going on"

“Whether it is love or not doesn’t pose a big problem. My proposal is this, to ease your own suffering I can take all memories of Xiomara and lock them away someplace safe. I can even extract them altogether, that would take away the only person who’s involvement seems to stem more pain for you than anyone else.” With a shift of her wrist, a small rock was sent flying into the opposite wall from the one Siebelink currently leaned against. The biggest one was saved for last as they made a two-dimensional model of the solar system, embedded in the walls of these caverns. A marker of sorts should she find her curiosity getting the better of her during days of boredom. “It will ease some of this pain you are in, but you give up any recognition of the woman and place your burden on her.”

"no offense, but that sounds i might bit cowardly to me." he shrugged and smiled humorlessly at her as she pounded her rocks into the cave wall "besides, its not just that im enduring mental torture but im actually trying to stop this Abyssal bitch from doing her thing: coming here and fucking everything over, most likely. like some kinda hero or somethin. anyway, thinking im the only possible gate she has when there is, in fact more would just be a bad situation. so, thanks, but no thanks"

If shrugging were part of her personality she would have done so by now, instead she watched the humor less features of the man for signs of deceit. Amber eyes giving off a soft light that hinted at power, of hidden strength hidden in the crevices of her bones. "At times heros take the cowardly way out, for the sake of a scheme much more grand then them. My offer will stand for you and your friend. You also give little credit to the vampire twins and their following. You should have more faith in those you protect."

the smile grew slightly and now showed small parts of his fangs. how treacherous glowing eyes were, especially for those that wish to hide. even he was victim to it. 'i bet mine are glowing too right now' he thought, which the were, a deep red. "true. that does happen. and yes i should put more faith in them, but it would be too risky according to what ive seen. all the time ive been here and they've come together only was to fight a threat, and even together there once an unacceptable amount of casualties. on top of that the danger this threat would bring would be far greater than any a vampire legion could muster up. how many do you think would die then?" he was no longer smiling but frowning an unimpressed looking frown

"It's true that they are not on the same level as you nor this abyssal woman are currently at. I would not fathom that they are on a level anywhere near my own. Three three of us are on a scale that could bring about colossal damage to an entire planet.Sepping away from the wall and with hands placed into her jacket pockets Siebelink moved with fluidity across the stone floor and stood before the man she currently conversed with. "None would survive the threat the abyssal brings, I am not sure many would know who or what she is until its too late."

"precisely" he responded before titling his head and smirking "but im sure we both knew all that already. are you going anywhere in particular here, or just making sure that im aware of the situation?"

"I smelled blood and came to find out who was causing such a scent, then the rage soon followed nd sweetened the deal." Amber optics moved about the cavernous place, Sibelink's body turning with the most minimal of movements in the direction of her sight. Eyes were unable to pierce the dark veil, but mind sought out different signs of what might lurk there by mere thoughts or signs of life.

he nodded his head in a sage like fashion. "indeed" then came the stretch, both hand locked behind his back and extended as they were brought farther up, held at his limit of movement, then dropped to hang. "nothing is ever in there until you go in yourself. but youll find strange things lurking in that cave, ranging from giant snakes that hold the world together to the ruins of Atlantis. its one of the first unsolvable mysteries of this world"
