Cale's grip flexed each time Xiomara shifted. He kept as calm as he could. Teeth retracting back to their normal state, eyes lightening and muscles that had hunched; relaxed. He breathed in and out once, a deep breath to keep his cool and let bygones be bygones. "Easy luv, they're jus' tryin'ta protect you from me."
He let her wrist go and crossed his arms over his chest, saying nothung more. His eyes moved to stare at Cerverous, smelling the challenge. Cale smirked. "Ye ain't changin' my mind cause some guardian put a blade ta my throat. O' course Xiomara has a say, an' I know what it is. She's probably goin' to stay; which means I'll need proper word with 'er."

Sauri watched Xio and Cale. Cassan at her side she watched them and Cerverous. "Cale will stay with Xio, and will not be harmed or harassed in his stay. Any such behavior will not go unpunished." She said, having to supress her own growl. A saddened frown came to her lips when Xio mentioned the wall. Her heart lay heavy in her chest at the sight. How she regretted not getting everyone out in time...but that was a matter for another time. She turned back to the three with dark eyes full of emotion. "Please see to it that you all remain respectful. I am sure that there will be a reasonable solution and it can be met without pride being involved." she said and then gave a small curtsey. "If you will excuse me.." She said and made a silent exit. There were many things she had to tend to..
*Exit Sauri*

Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck! a second fingernail was already black as his hand squeezed itself tighter and tighter. sound was the only sense that he had open now, but he still felt the pain, and it still took all he had too keep his face from contorting in rage. This is bad, I don't remember getting worked up enough for this to happen. The hand shoved into his pocket hastily right before it started bleeding. The pocket quickly began filling with a black ooze, and he turned with just as much as force as he'd done with his hand. "Whatever. I don't usually lay my hands on anyone anyway, but he's safe from me, and he knows how to change that." Get the fuck out! Go! Fuck! Hurry the fuck up! But where? Anywhere, just not here! His feet started moving, carrying him away, through the door, out the room, and toward the front door.
Black veins crept up his arm, just peaking out of the tape wrapped up to his elbow. I need to get to the Abyss, in a fucking hurry. Once outside, an untaped claw ripped through brick and mortar as it embedded into the wall. One moment he heard every single sound there was to hear, the next he was deaf as a door closed, and another opened so he could see every single thing in the world all at once. His eyes were bleeding by the time he turned his head and found the balcony to his room. He moved to begin the climb towards it, but hesitated. His head laid against the wall, eyes shut tight. The veins were black up to his shoulder, blood tricked from the pocket down his leg and over his foot. "FUCK!" Chunks of the wall shattered when his hand tore free. His feet began to move again, and the black blood slithered across the ground after him. Hurry the fuck up. You can't be seen like this. That is absolutely the last thing you fucking need. Use it if you have to.
A leg gave out and he fell into the wall. He stared at his right arm, chest heavy as his lungs filled and emptied uselessly. Fuck, I don't wanna do this... You have too. Claws found tape, and skin, and flesh, and bone. All the way through, they went. Blood exploded from his fore-arm, converging back on him as soon as it hit the ground. His hand twisted and it flowed harder, gushing and spurting like it were trying to breath. More, and more, faster and faster, it came on endlessly, crawling back up his body till he was covered completely. The that he now was melted into the wall and dispersed.

Raised an eyebrow at Cerverous's odd exit, he noted a few things before watching Sauri leave. "Welcome the coven sir Stark and I hope you can forgive my rude welcoming before, as you can see by the names that I once failed in protecting the coven when it was needed most, I can not allow it to happen again" There was a rare hint of sadness to his voice which he usually did not show.
Giving a formal elven bow to both Stark and Xiomara, turning. He ran a hand over the names, his aura carried the sadness he held for his failures turning and walking away. "Good day to you both and enjoy your stay" With that all trace of him seemed to fade from the coven itself and it's grounds, deep into the forest to return to his guardian duties. *Out*

The moment that Cerverous took off she turned to Cale, a pained expression on her face. There was definitely something wrong with Cerverous and she couldn't ditch him now, not after the state she'd seen him in when he crash landed in the lake. "Up the stairs, past the second floor, round the corner and to your right there's another stairway. That's where I'm staying, we'll talk later, I need to go and check up on Cerverous." Just in case Cerverous was trying to pull something on her, Xio activated her eye, disconcerted again by the way things appeared and she leaned in and placed a kiss on Cale's lips, brushing his jaw with her thumb before turning and running off after the ancient. Her heart was pounding in her chest, and she saw him, crumbled near a wall.
He began to be enveloped by blood or ooze or something, with Cerverous you never knew what you were going to get. Sprinting and without a care for her own safety she lunged at the last minute, her arms wrapping around Cerverous' waist and cheek pressed to his back; just before he became one with the wall. He'd have to take her with him if he was going to leave. She'd had enough of people going missing. "You're not leaving me again, you old man!"
(Xio has gone with Cerverous.)

Cale returned the previously hostile man's bow with their standard one, first to heart and bending at the waist. He looked as Xiomara rook after Cerverous and chuckled, bending to pick up his pack he followed her directions up towards the attic and where he would be staying for the remained of his time here.
He could wait to speak to her alone, it was always best to let her chase and do what she needed or she would be put off. Tired from his journey and after entering the room; Cale clunked down on the bed to get a good powet nap in.
