Blackblood turned and looked at Michael, who'd passed him a smile. He returned the smile, though his a little different, as every tooth behind the incisors of each set of his teeth were razor sharp. This, strangely enough, might have been the reason 'Michael' had stopped smiling. Or because he only needed to, by policy rules. Blackblood didn't care either way, and as soon as the smile had come, it left, as he turned his attention forward to Adele, who lead the way.
Finally, when she had spoken of the leaders, and only so brief an explanation at such a quiet volume, he was inclined to ask another question about them. Blackblood stared straight ahead while unblinking, his arms dangled at his sides. The volume of his question was no louder than what Adele had answered him with.
"Curious. How did they manage to come so close to humans, without starting a war of civil unrest? I can see that there was a war here, but by looks of the fetish club, I doubt it was about them being so close to the mortals."

"Well from my understanding is the humans are protected here and that Mistress and Master have them under thier protection and after the war that has just happened i think things might change a little but who knows" Shruging her shoulders as she kept a rather slow at pace but a careful watch of her surroundings and even a close eye on Blackblood"So did you need anything else?".

Blackblood blinked, noting the woman's persistence in asking of his needs, and he turned to look at her. Studying her for a moment, he finally turned from her and stopped his walking. He looked down either way of the intersection where he stood, looking at the rubble of some buildings, and as humans clawed through debris to either salvage what was left of their home or steal from another. The vampire frowned slightly, before he turned on his heels, and began to head back to the cemetery for his belongings, left in the mausoleum he'd been sleeping in.
"No, I suppose not. Thank you, Adele. You may leave, if that is what you wish."

Turning quick on her heels and watched Blackblood for long time before speaking loud and clear "Did you want to move into the coven?" she followed quickly but her speed had dropped down into a human base speed her energy level was dulled now but it hadn't effect much of her yet but the walk turned into a jog as soon enough as she caught up.

Blackblood paused, and turned to look at Adele, who was moving a little slower than before, even in her jog to him. His red eyes stared at the woman again, deep into her eyes and then studied her features. He narrowed his eyes slightly with the more focus used in examining the woman. After a moment or two, he turned from her and kept his pace steady, aware that she was not in any shape to move as quickly.
"I am in no condition to join, but I will help if I can. ... Speaking of which, you look as though you haven't eaten in awhile. Perhaps I can repay the favor, somehow?"
Blackblood turned his gaze down to the woman, who, if possible seemed a little pale from her lack of energy. As they walked, the vampire took his hands from his sides where they idly hung for the longest time, and pulled his hair back, tying it into a ponytail for the time being. It was messy, and he'd have to find the time to groom it later.

Blackblood turned his head and looked down at her as they walked side by side. He turned his attention back to the front slowly as she declined his offer nonchalantly, and asked of his purpose in the lands. His fangs protruded slightly, nibbling at the corner of his lip at an itch that denied him from responding immediately. Apparently it was a flake of dried blood from one of the mortals back at the club. His hands folded behind his back when he'd finished tying the ponytail wove their fingers together, while he spoke in response to her inquiry.
"I am here on business. Family matters, as it would seem. I am to prove that I am ready to head my own coven, you might say. But, I have also come to make friends, or allies, and to spread my name across lands. Should a threat arise back home, I may need to call in those that I can depend on. Of course, the favor would not go without repayment. It would be a mutual agreement to any who might consider an allegiance."

Tilted head onto the right and gazed up at Blackblood and listened carefully ti each word that fell from his mouth and nodded her head a couple of times vefore finally speaking "Well when you feel ready go talk to them" smiles once "So, what makes you want to be a coven master?" her eyes never once fell from his and kept them very still.

Blackblood's eyes searched the streets, recalling which way they had come from the cemetery, and slowly navigated back toward the resting place of the dead. As they passed mortals, he glanced at them from the corners of his eyes, and watched as they moved out of his way. It would seem that he made everyone uneasy. He closed his eyes and walked for awhile down the concrete walk, as he responded to Adele's questions, and sometimes replying with his own.
"I feel that it is my responsibility to be the leader that is needed. Should I choose to decline the position, the family may die off, and not be remembered. I cannot and will not let that happen... Might I ask why you are so interested? Or does the coven here always wish to know so much of the travelers?"

"More like a curious by nature or you could call it me being just a nosey posey" looking onto her left side and than looking back up at him and ran her eyes over his before looking away "So, where did you live before here? " a slow pace walk beside him but her eyes never left her surroundings.

"Really now? Hmm..."
Blackblood turned down a street and headed back for the cemetery, coming close upon its gates. He paused and looked down the roads again, watching mortals as he passed them by. It was strange that even with the Matashina's truce with the humans, they still not dare enter the cemetery after dusk. Blackblood slipped in through the gateway, before he was seen or noticed by anyone other than Adele. He looked back at her, walking backwards as he spoke.
"I came from Arcane, before that... there was no real name for where I lived. I suppose that sounds a little cryptic, but, it is the truth."

Arms folded across her chest, as she kept a well paced walk beside Blackblood but every time they spoke her eyes were always on his "Are your lands at war? Is that why you are looking for friends to help when needed?" her curious nature wS a glint of a glow within those greyish blue hues as she narrowed her eyes forwards.

"The war has long passed, only a few battles remain thus far. Allies are not needed for this. But should another war rise, we may need the help, whether to fight and survive, or to rebuild. Of course, any help given would be repaid in full. Aside from such matters, is it not a fine thing to have friends, just to have them?"
Blackblood walked backward to the mausoleum where he'd first emerged from earlier that night, skillfully avoiding all structures and tombstones with hardly a glance over his shoulder. His eyes it seemed, never left Adele at all since they'd entered the cemetery. As soon as he had arrived at the desired destination, the vampire finally did show his back to the woman, and opened the door to the cramped crypt. He walked in, and picked up a satchel that held what little belongings he had, and needed. He shouldered the bag, and turned again, walking out of the crypt and left the door open. He stood in front of Adele now, and paused.
"Suppose you could direct me to some more... desirable accommodations? And preferably less cramped."

"Yes you would be right on the having friends better than having foes" head tilted and watched him disappear into the crypt and blinked repeatedly when he returned but she was thunk how such tall person could sleep in those darkening cobfines that seemed overly small but as sound of his voice broke her silence "Yes i can help you but it deeps where you would like to go" turning her eyes from left and right as spun around "We have hotels, condos and the coven home and so much more."

Blackblood cocked his head, causing some of the hair to fall over his face, and his neck popped audibly again. He did the same for the other side of his body, which summoned more popping noises. It always seemed to happen when ever entering a confined space such as that tiny mausoleum. The vampire frowned a bit and shook his head, thinking of the hotels they had seen in the distance of their walk to the club and back to the cemetery.
"I haven't the modern currency for a condo, and a hotel near the humans may be unwise. I know the law of the land, as you had explained to me, though being near such a potent blood source, when I am used to hunting and feeding, may not be the best of ideas. However, if your coven home has a cave, or perhaps a cellar in which I could stay, I would offer them what I do have to offer."
The vampire reached into the satchel, from beneath the arm that held it slung over his shoulder. Fingers dug through the bag for a few minutes, before pulling out two small gems. One a ruby, the other an emerald. They were flawed, slightly, and untouched by the crafting tools of professionals. That itself eliminates the suspicion of grave-robbery. Or it should have, considering he was just staying in a mausoleum. These gems looked to have been mined, and then carried. They were rather small, and rounded at one edge while jagged at another...
"I was hoping to find one of those pawn shops to exchange them for money, but it seems those shops were the first to burn."
