He hadn't seen her since the attack was over and they had both retreated off with their spouses to recover and grieve in quiet but his sister had now called and said she was in need of a word with him.
Slowly making his way through the grass the wound upon his chest throbbed but no longer hurt much more then that unless he exerted himself.
He was nervous to see the state Sauri had been left in but also glad she had called to speak with him though he did wonder why she had sounded to quiet when she had called.
Arriving before her he took a seat within the wire like grass and he waited patiently and silently for his twin to join him with what ever she had to say.

Slowly she approached where she has asked Jax to meet her. Away from everyone, where they could be without interruption. she was still weak, and a little paler then normal. her eyes glinted with the stars trapped in them. "I guess the first ing I should ask, is are you alright? it looks like Eve took good care of your wounds. Asha took care of me." She said quietly, her hands sat her side..a diamond sparkled on her left hand..

He looked over her slowly making sure there was nothing to be to worried about. His eyes did how ever linger upon her hand for a little longer before he looked back up at her.
"I know I was asking after you, I thought I would leave you to your own thoughts and to heal by yourself, seems you have been busy though have you not?"
He rose an eyebrow looking up at his twin unsure if he could let go enough to allow her to marry a man he did not like all that much.

"I didn't want you to leave me alone Ajax...." She said, a bit hurt and confused. "Out of everyone..I had hoped that I would see you first..." She said then looked at him closely. Her eyes narrowed slightly. I think Damien should get one hell of a vacation for being here with me." She said, and then smiled a little. "And I see you've noticed my hand. Caine asked me to marry him." She said, in somewhat of a tone that didn't agree with argument. But she also wanted her brother's blessing...for he truly ment more to.her then anything. "I've missed you Jax...so much it nearly.has killed me..." She said, and looked at him. She longed for the closeness they shared.

"I'm sorry.." he responded he was hurting far more then anything had hurt him previously in his life and he had not been thinking clearly probably would not be thinking as usual as he normally would have done.
"I had so many things to do, so many people to check on.." he looked away from his sister his metallic eyes dull.
"yes Damien did very well"
He dropped his head a little when she admitted what the ring was doing there, since she had been with Caine it was no lie they had drifted a part more so then they had done in their whole lives.
"Yes get married"

"It's been hard on both of us Jax. I'm not blaming you." She said, and walked to him. She looked up at him and sighed. "I don't want a guilty blessing Ajax, I want you to be happy for me. As I am happy for you. you and eve are amazing together, and I have come to accept that I am no longer the only woman in your life. I love you Jax, and I hope you are happy with her forever." She said, and smiled at him. "We will rebuild, everything. I'm not going anywhere. Don't worry."

He rose his head to look at her she was not the little girl he had grown up beside although for all these thousands of years he had seen her as such and it scared him to think of her as anything but.

Smiled at him and nodded. "Okay, what is it?" She sled, happy to just be with her brother again she leaned on him, still tired.

"If he steps out of line, once.. just once you will let him go and I will deal with him" he replied not trusting Caine or his brothers enough to keep his sister in saftey.

Her smile widened and she nodded. "Condition accepted." she said and hugged him close to her. "Would you be the one to give me away? It would mean everything to me." She said softly, and looked up at him, she felt so young and safe with him around, she smiled still. "You know you will always be mine, but I am thrilled you found love as I have."

He wrapped her up close in his long arms holding her against his chest dispite the pain. "If that is what you want of me. Please do not make me give a speech I dont think I can be that nice to Caine"

She laughed heartily for the first time in ages. She remains gentle against him, knowing he was still healing as well. "I promise, no speeches." She said and sighed happily, despite all that had happened. she was home, because her heart was there."how I have missed your wit Jax. and I think Caine would die if you gave him a well wishing speech." She laughed again and shook her head lightly. "More of a...hurt her and your dead typeof sentiment."

He smirked a little at the comment about him dying at a well wishing speech "Well maybe I will reconsider and make one" this time it was only a joke. He didn't fully trust Caine with his sister but he did hold no real ill will towards him.

She laughed again, and shook her head. "Funny Jax." She teased, and then turned a bit more serious. "First I think rebuilding is in order " she said softly, and looked to the city. "I think the humans that are left are going to need a lot of convincing to trust us again..." She said with a heavy sigh.

"Especially the ones that did not know of us in the first place" he replied having a pit of pain within himself just for the human casulties as well. Then having been in their thousands.
Sighing he shook his head the smirk well gone from his face.
