Electric hues followed it as it writhed around upon the floor sniffling and sobbing words either unknown or incoherent either way she didn't understand what the mortal was saying to her or even if the words were aimed for her understanding.
The carpet had soaked up most of the blood it had lost now, filling the room with the stench of damp copper and underlying rotten floorboards.
Sucking her bottom lip, long nails tapped along the dusty broken down staff canteen bar a slight yawn parting her lips. He seemed to be taking much longer to die then she had expected him to, she would usually have left but the one positive thing this caused were for the spirits with plagued her to become silent as though holding their breaths waiting for a new one to join their ranks.
“Tick tock little man” she sung out softly and soothingly towards the dying lump upon the floor her eyes never leaving the pulsating mess.

The industrial zone, not usually a place he would so leizurely wander into without a justified cause, for the simple fact that it was usually filled with mortals that worked these facilities...Or so it was back in Arcane in any case. Still, he had picked up the scent of blood from afar and stepped lightly, quickly across rooftop to rooftop to get where he was, crouching and perched on the edge of one of the large warehouses, looking around the cross-like intersection, he'd lost the scent over the smell of burning copper and other metals he didn't bare the time to try to identify.
And so he did the next best thing he could think of, assuming the feeling in the air that seemed to be radiating invisibly around him was of something immortal, he extended his will across to the shadows, allowing them to leave him and stream off through the streets in search for anything of interest or unusual demeanor, the point, however was that they were visible and thus, would draw the attention of the anomaly back to him, with luck.
"Who needs to be subtle when you can have power in its place...".

Twisting her head to the side upon feeling the tendrils of energy lap over the building she was in and them over her own body she looked down to the man a small smile upon her lips.
"Be right back" wagging her finger she grinned with a hauntingly vicous chuckle "Don't go anywhere"
Slipping out of the room she climbed out onto a large industrial ladder connecting to a series of fire escapes where she chose to sing loudly though not within her brothers sights just yet.
"Yoooooou rang?"

He was at her side within the instant he had confirmed her presence, appearing from the shadows of darkness to form with his hood down, his eyes scowering their surroundings for a short time before turning to look upon his sister.
"So it's only you that my Shadows had sensed...I was under the impression that there was something else at play here...Forgive the intrusion sister though I had hoped for a little entertainment", he could sense there had been another with her in the moments before her calling to him, "Though it appears you're already being entertained...Perhaps your not as different from myself, after all...".

She fluttered her hands at him patting him gently over both of his eyes before she began to walk back up the fire escape stairs, the spirits louder then she usually allowed them to be now that the soul upstairs was starting to depart its vessel, KnOT would easily be able to hear them now.
Something different almost something wrong followed her with the noise, her barriers much lower then she would ever allow it to be.
"Its only us only little Kenshu, nothing of importance or jolly fun fun" she replied in a sing songy voice.
"You can only hope we are different"

His eyes narrowed in on his the back of his sisters form a moment as he let her move off, subsequently leading him to where ever she'd been prior to his announcing his arrival. Her whole persona seemed to be off, not just the feeling in the air but the way she spoke, the figure assumed this was her 'less than stable' side coming out, had it been something he'd said perhaps during his return.
"Why would I hope for something like that. You to be different. You will always be your own self, Kenshu though differences set people apart and distance between our family isn't something I'm looking to further expand. You know I do not belittle you in comparison to others, the last time I was in these lands, I tore half of it apart trying to claim blood over those responsible for your death, I challenged the heavens trying to make up for not being there with you in those final moments...Or what I thought were to be your final moments".

She listened to him as she walked, her steps a little spaced out almost like she were a doll upon strings being pulled along by a sleepy child.
"Going to burn the whole kingdom down" she whispered to herself more then to her elder brother. Her mind felt stretched beyond what she cared to hold together. She knew what was coming and there was nothing and no way she could prepare herself for the onslaught of emotion that would entail for her and her kin.
"We try and we try to hold in all in a circle a tight ball all together and uniform and.... safe" she growled the last word.
"Yet it shatters over and over again... the hands that held it so tight have to feel it crumble to sand between their fingers"
She knew of Lita she knew of her plan. She knew all of it and she couldn't stop a damn thing.

"You've lost yourself..."
He slowed behind her, eventually stopping, reaching out to grab her by the shoulder and gently yet firmly spinning her back to face him, he didn't do so out of force, it wouldn't have hurt her but he did need to look her in the eyes, he'd seen her in similar moods in the past.
"Has my return brought this upon you or is there something you're not telling me, Sister...Where the fuck is Lita, she used to always be at your side but I've yet to see either of you in the same place. Shit, I've not even seen her in the time that I've returned..." the more he spoke of it, the more he wondered if something had happened to Kenshu's twin, something that would be more than enough to split her mentality into shattered pieces.

She did not fight the turning hand that sought to ground her mental state and replant it's feet back upon the solid ground called sanity.
His seeking gaze was not held back as she rose her electric eyes up to meet his, a thousand soul's looking out through her own eyes. Yet as ever her own was the dominant of them all.
"Not all about you our brother head of the family" again her hand rose to pat over the top of his eyes only this time she allowed him for a split second to feel what it felt like within her.
Taking her hand away she smiled the male upstairs she had been playing with released into death. She didnt have time to play with him now.
"She is broken. Romal dead she thinks she has nothing. Selfish selfish ways. She thinks taking a long sleep the dark sleep in time will ease her pain so when she awakens all will be rainbows shitting out sparkles and sunshine"
She grew angrier as she spoke, Lita had not told her of this.
No one had told her but now she knew the spirits had filled her in. "Not even a goodbye to us kin... left to rot in our own sorrows and grief"
Her eyes began to pool towards being black. She didn't want her grip anymore, insanity didnt seem like such a bad thing when all around her dissolved.

Walking slowly, almost like she was lost in her wanderings, but she knew exactly where she was. She could sense Kenshu's presences and another , a familar presence but yet different. Moving on her whip trailed the ground behind her high heels. If anyone was to see her they would swear she had seen a ghost or had some terrible news, she was paler then usual even for a vampire and her eyes were dull and full of pain. Hearing voices off to her right she turned and moved closer watching the figures come into view she mumbled softly to Cuthra who was curled in her mind like a sickly kitten refusing to move or even make an appearance.
Stepping out of the shadows she whispered " spider spider on the wall , weave your web strong and tall..." hoping it will distract Kenshu from killing her.

"She's here...".
He turned to look back over his shoulder, eyeing the form of Lita who'd no seemingly appeared from the shadows themselves. And Kenshu said they were all so different from him, it caused him to chuckle under his breath for a fraction of a moment.
His focus moved over his sister Lite, Kenshu's twin and just as lost as he other, it seemed the two were in dire need of an awakening. For now, he'd let Kenshu take the stand, the two obviously had some catching up to do and KnOT had been out of the picture for a long time now.
That and he was the last one to give advice on something as hideous as love.

"To suffocate all life within it" came a blank and hollow response from her to the words in which her sister had said.
She watched KnOT move over towards her with almost a stab of hatred towards him in that moment that he had chosen to go and stand beside her after she had just told him Lita was planning on leaving them.
"Go to the dark. Drink your little drink" she growled more then angry at her twin sister.

He had not taken Lita's side, he had not moved to either of the two sisters but instead moved off on his own, looking away from them, listening but taking the moment to throw back a cigarette or two as he thought about how much things had changed in his absence.
"If the two of you intend to argue with each other, be sure not to run off anywhere. Once your both done, I have something to say to the both of you".
He spoke coldly though not intentionally towards them, his eyes were elsewhere, ears on their surroundings, half listening to them and half keeping tabs on the possibility of being discovered by the other numerous residents. Blades had shown up in the land only hours ago and seemed to be keeping her eyes on the recent happenings, KnOT wished to steer clear of her involvement until he was ready to fill her in. His twins, right not, took priority.

Looking at her sister she sighed and whispered " are you telling me if V died you wouldn't do the same ... " her mind moved a mile a minute flashes of his face causing real physical pain to flow through her body on angry currents " I'm lost Twinny ... i am of no use to you or the family or our knew friends in this state " she eyed the male carefully.. recognition had been slow but she now saw the remnant's of the man she once called her brother.. till he left them ... other then Kenshu her only rock and yet he left still.. that was another thing that would need to be dealt with in due course she was not letting him off lightly. Looking back at her main focus, her sister she began to shiver, a somewhat human thing to do for one as old as them.
She had no intent in arguing with her sister just wanted to talk to her and explain why.

"Vaughan is lost to us anyway, whether he be dead or not" she replied with a cold and harsh tone she glanced at KnOT then back to Lita she refused to understand why she would do such a thing but she was not going to stop her.
"Every day brings everyone fresh pain" she grumbled turning to walk away from the two of them.
"Like said, go and drink your drink"
