He could see the effect he had upon the man and he couldn't help but feel bad, more for Sauri's fault but self admittedly he knew he should at least break down some walls in reference to Caine.
Sighing he moved down picking up some papers in an effort to help Caine collect all of the plans he had shown him.
"I don't think that is true Caine but lets say no more on the matter. A part from this, You, Sauri, Genevieve and I should all go out for dinner before you wed my sister"

"Yeah...yeah sounds like a good idea, It will give me a chance to meet your other half" Caine commented after a moment. he hadn't met Genevieve and thought that the idea of dinner would be a decent start to bring the four of them perhaps a little closer. Picking up the plans he shoves them into his pocket with a small release of a sigh

"You will like her much more then me" he replied nearly smiling at the thought of Genevieve. "She is a very wonderful person, she will be nice" he handed over the papers which he had.
"Would you like to arrange it or for me?"
He decided he would let Caine do this on his own terms for once.
