Cerverous now stood tense and breathing heavily again, staring at the tenth and final clone. it was instinctively inclined to taking its own version of his appearance most of the time so it was almost like staring into a black mirror. the two ripped pieces of body in his hands began to vibrate and a victorious grin cut onto his face.
they exploded into two star shaped masses of goo and converged in on him in a vise, but he was no longer there. hed seen this technique so many times before and was ready for just such a thing, teleporting a mere three meters straight up. the goo closed around empty air and its doom was spelled as he thrust his open palm down at it and released a burning blast of white hot destruction.
arm now burning fiercely in white flame he landed and fell to his knees. the scales on this arm glowed red and pushed the flame away from them. the clone laughed as it walked toward him and delivered a bone cracking kick to his jaw that sent him flying. "whats wrong? cant use any more power against us lest you start falling apart? pathetic. seems your limit just isnt as high as it seems"
he rose shakily back to his knees, the process was slow and painful, but the clone had gotten cocky and now assumed victory so it simply watched. it was true. as he was he could not use all his power safely. even now his body was tearing itself apart in self conflict. he gave a short but sharp laugh in response to the words "there's always more. you best believe that." after a pause he shot toward the last of his enemy, breaking both sound and light barriers in the single movement, and threw his right hand out to impale it through the chest. but the clone was just as fast and moved to catch it and without warning of any kind a kick was delivered to the back of his head that crushed it into the ground before him. the attack he had moved to block was in-existent and Cerverous was landing from a jump kick, aimed both hands at the clone and proceeded to annihilate him with another blast of hid divine flame. which, as such close range, set the rest of his body ablaze.

Her head snapped from side to side looking at the chaos around her, she wanted to find her sister, she wanted to find Caine or Romal just to know they were all ok. She could feel Daton was not in this place.
Stopping once out of sight she sat down pulling her knees up to hold onto them.

After a moment more, her head snapped away from Damien's towards another through whose eyes she could see thanks to the corruption bestowed upon her. Stepping back from Damien she excused herself and headed towards the are where "he" fought. She stood a few feet away, guarded while the beast stirred awake. Excited at seeing one of its 'treasures' again. "Look at you, I leave for a while and you fall apart. Then have your clones attack you." Despite her words, Xiomara would not close the distance, something was holding her back. Something only he would sense if she got too close.

He walked with the other two, still holding the terribly frightened child, which was to be expected from all the recent happenings. He began to asses her body and decided to make sure she was physically okay. "Did you sustain any injuries?" he blankly asked her in his metallic voice.

Hissed at the male. "Coward!" He didn't like to fight with anyone as he just slipped away and moved over to the male who sounded like a robot, looking to the girl as he tilted his head, his cat like slitted eyes, his black ears and tail showed clear. "She okay mister?" He didn't know the man nor had he ever seen him before till now.

Damien looked down at Xiomara. He had said nothing for there was nothing to really say at this point. She seemed worse for wear and was clearly in a state of shock. Before he said anything to her she was running off and appeared to be sane once again. He shook his head, never understanding how someone could go from being shaken up to completely alert. Eyes now of crimson rather than of a cold glacial blue knowing how much blood had been shed and how far he had gone into his blood lust only the second day in to battle. It was the only way to protect the members properly.

Looking at the robot man she shakes her head softly, and a meek "no" escapes her lips. "What thehell was all of that." She whispers and looks at the others nervously.

A subtle shimmer, near the end of the barrier that had been over her realm and home. Her arm, shoulder, and neck covered in black, and dried blood. A cut above her eye, and a broken leg...bodies lay around her, decimated..she lie in the rubble of the city..having been trying to defend those who had no warning, to free them...and she hung close on the cusp of life. On a pile of bricks she lay..a small trickle at the corner of her mouth. Unmoving, her red hair sprawled and dirty she remains unaware...and barely living..

Moved sharply and looked around, he bolted out of the garden and into town, even with his own wounds he felt something off, he was determined to not loose anyone else, skidding to stop and sniffed the air, the others pushed him in the right direction as he nodded and came across Alynen.
Crouched down and checking the wounds before giving a low whine. Leaning closer and rested his forehead to her own, slowly starting to feed his healing energy into her own body, hoping he was not to late.

Demitri had held the onslaught of vial creatures at bay in the city. Surprised as he pushed the debris of rubble off his body that only a few buildings behind him heading towards the higher class district had been nearly unscathed by the battle. He was unprepared for it, having taken Alynen away so they could get to know each other more. Alynen.. She was beautiful in battle but now. Where was she? "Alynen!!" Demitri called out as he pushed more rubble off his body, only a block over from where she had been.
He closed his eyes and focused in hopes that he could feel her aura. She had been so powerful during the battle that he could practically feel every single movement that she had done to protect herself. Victims were falling at their feet and quickly piling up around them. Garnet eyes were quickly revealed as he found her. Not by feeling her aura by smelling her blood. Eyes darkening as he pushed off the ground and ran to her as quickly as possibly. Arriving in less than a minute despite the injuries that he had suffered.
With bloodied hands, one of which was broken at the wrist and the bone exposed, he reached down and began to move the debris away from her body. Carefully he examined her body especially her chest and neck to ensure that no ribs were broken and her neck was not shattered. She was breathing though, that gave him hope although little. "Alynen.."

The energy from the young feline male trickles down into her. Eliciting it slowly she groggily comes around for a moment , D...Demitri.." she whispers in a hoarse tone. her fingers twitch and she looks at the young male. a soft thank you brushes past her lips and she goes out again. coming back she sees Demitri,wounded. A frown and she is out again..her energy severely depleted..

"The whole Coven and its members were attacked by an enemy force, of which I am not sure of their origins. We have won the overall battle, yet have sustained great loss. We are now regrouping our members and plan to rebuild the Coven Estate soon once our affairs are in order." he spoke plainly to her, trying to explain everything that he could in one mentioning.

Demitri carefully lifted her up. "Take my energy from me, please. Anything to allow your body to heal.." He whispered and leaned over to place a gentle kiss against her forehead and then over each of her eyes as the lids had closed over them when she had fallen into unconsciousness.

In his arms she wakes a little. Her eliciting taking energy from Ari and Demitri to bring her back awake again. Groans left her from the pain that fills her then. "You're hurt." She mutters, and furrows her brows, but her eyes refuse to open yet. A small twitch in the corner of her mouth when he kisses her forehead. "I'm sorry." She whispers.

He looked down at her with a smile of relief when she began to stir and her eyes opened. He smiled at her words and rested his forehead against hers. His thumb gently trailing along her cheek. "Speak for yourself Miss 'this slime will perish.'" he teased. Although his fear for her health and safety had not been sated yet.

I am so happy to see that
