Smoke filled the air...rain began to fall and sizzled on the remains of the coven home. Bodies littered the ground of the estate, horror stricken faces frozen in time from the trauma that had occured. A deep gouge left in the land they had made their home, their sanctuary....there was almost nothing left. Centuries worth of history gone in a single blink. The castle a mere shell of what it was.
Outside, the grass burned and red from the blood spilled, the gardens nearly burnt, save for a few small patches of enchanted ground. Everything....gone. the city wqs silent, sav for the crackle and sizzle of flame protesting at being rained on. The army had been vanquished, and the ledgend had spread beyond the twins, to their forces. The strong and proud beings who.had called this place home. Who had fit in, when no others would take them.
Sauri herself stood now, on the mend, in the gardens. Devastation on her face, an anger so pure it stirred the air around her. The council had been defeated, and with it their army. She felt....so many things, she sank to her knees.... what would come of this historic place?

One of the many bodies that littered the garden vanished and was replaced with a fallen Ventress who had used a swap spell to swap a random object with herself. She remained on the ground, flat on her back for a few moments before sitting up, covered in blood but that wasn't her concern as she looked at the manor, or what was left of it.
In her hand was Daton's blindfold, which was a grim thing for anyone to have, soon enough she forced herself to stand up, groaning from the several injuries she had suffered through this conflict, which to her felt more like an all out war.

Damien pushed through the house to search for anyone who might have been trapped inside. The building was still burning despite the down pour. But it meant that the structural integrity would be fading and fast. His body was littered with blood some were his and some were not, soot, bruises, and opened wounds. Obviously he paid little attention to his well being. As he pressed his hand against a wall it gave out in front of him. Sending him forward into the next room where he lifted objects and corpses away to see if anyone was still alive.
When a body moved he picked it up to see who it was before he placed the head between his hands and crushed it. The body crumpling to the floor. He pressed on until he found someone of the Estate. Time was running out before the home was completely demolished.

Ash filled his lungs, fire burnt his flesh yet he did not care. All that they had spent so long doing, put such effort and life into was now gone. For once the face of the Coven master was not hard to read, he wasn't trying to conceal himself. Not today, today pure anguish and distress lay clearly mapped upon his features. Raw eyes scanned through the ashes and the failing building. Not much of his beloved home now remained. The casualties were to many from both sides, he knew not who or just how many yet. Dread filled him to find out.
On the verge of collapse pure will drove him. The ones in this coven he saw as his responsibility, his family even though he would rarely show as much but they meant something to him and if there were the slightest chance some still lived within the hot embers he would search for them as Damien searched.

Shuddering breaths sounded from his lungs, blood black as night dripping from his left arm clutched by his right. A slight limp in his step as a blood painted Ceverus made his way into the ruined gardens where the others stood. He comes to a charred patch where the black rosebush had been that he rested under countless times in the past and half sits, half falls to the ground facing the smoldering ruin of his home, staring ahead with glazed eyes that had shifted to a dark forest green signifying his severe lack of energy since his soulless enemies couldn't replenish his strength. Cev had been awaiting the Council's forces at the front when they had come and his efforts showed clearly. All aside he could care less about his physical state, he couldn't speak, that took too much energy for him, but he wouldn't have too since his face showed the dismay he felt for his home and the Matashina siblings. Letting out a sigh he lights a black wrapped cigarette and burrys his face in the palm of his right hand, his left lay limply next to him.

Heavy debris of a fallen roof suddenly shifted and was pushed aside causing dust to awaken from it's place. The noise was quite audible, even over the hissing flames as they died down. The now dirtied red haired man simply stood, no expression, save the blank stare.
His left arm was twisted in an unnatural fashion, evidence of whatever was inside to be quite disfigured. He made no wince or grimace of pain, merely began to walk with a bit of a limp due to extensive damage to the right leg.
Fresh wounds covered his body and although they were opened wide, no blood gushed forth, only blood from other victims covered his skin and clothes.
He slowly made his way to the lady of the house, now on her knees and made his presence known to her with a severely distorted mechanical voice. "Lad-lady Sauri? Are y-y-you h-hurt badly-ly-ly?" his voice stuttered, unnatural sounding.

Ariana found herself within the Library of the Coven. One of the worst places for her to be in. She had been on part of the roof that was shingles covering over wood as the fire below ate away at the wood beneath her feet she was busy releasing her arrows at the intruders that were threatening the Coven Estate. Several times helping Cassan before she had fallen through the room. Now she was stuck beneath a book shelf that had fallen over on top of her. Using all the strength that was left in her exhausted body to get the burning wood off her. There were corpses littered on the floor. Most of them having many holes and their necks slashed open from her hunting knife which was locked in her left color bone. If was after she killed the last demon in the room. Part of the ceiling fell and pushed the book shelf over before she had time to react.
"Mandre! Get help!"
She called out for her faithful companion who was circling over head in the sky where she was. If no one was able to hear her over the roar of the flames than hopefully Mandre would get their attention and bring them to her. Still she fought to get out from what could be her grave.

Darcassan moved downward, he was the cloested to being able to have heard Ariana since she and himself had been working together. His usual quick healing abilities cut in half as he ripped away the bookcase and looked down at Ariana. He was coated in a lot og blood. A massive scract cut down one side of his face a few deeper wounds conceiled underneath the clothing he wore.
He was not interested in what was going on with himself. He had to help Ariana and the others. he moved into a crouch and checked over Ariana's wounds. He looked from left to right, searching the aura's for anyone else, this had been worse then what he thought was coming. "Ariana, where are you hurt." His voice was low and raspy from the smoke and ash from the flames. He was not used to the heat.

The wood around them snapped and began to crack. She felt a sudden relief on her chest when the bookcase was removed from her chest.
"Cassan.."
She coughed as she drew in lungfuls of air mixed with smoke and soot. Shaking her head as he asked where she was hurt. It did not matter. What did is that they needed to get out of the room quickly before they were trapped in there for good. Something she was not willing to do with her fear of enclosed spaces. Being stuck under the bookshelf had nearly given her a panic attack before he arrived. When he looked to the side she yanked her hunting knife out of her collarbone.
"We need to go. Now."
Standing up, she could feel her right leg giving out beneath her but she would not show any signs of ware. The bones were fractured but she could manage getting out of the house. If they ran into anyone else who was stuck they could help them out as well. Hatori, her bow lost to the flames. If she was lucky she might find the ruby's that were embedded into the wood.

She was numb, the fact that some of her roses didn't survive was severely detramental to her. She was still trying to recover from her initial fight with the ancient bloods, the process extremely slow now with some of her roses decimated. She could hear the calls of others, but the rain seemed to roar in her head. She looked up at Indigo, pain written in her features. "I...I don't know...Indigo you are damaged. Will you allow me to fix it? Or can you repair?" She said softly, then could hear the others around. Now others would know the power behind their little rag tag coven. She would certainly be making it up to all of those who had fought so hard for what they loved.
A pride so big rose within her that she nearly broke down right there. She stood slowly, and looked at Indigo. "I am going to find the others." She said and set off in search. Her heart filled with dread at the casualty count...

Darcassan looked at her and shook his head. "Stay here. I'm going to help search, use this to help your let." He tossed her a black box. "Help those who have wounds that will help with healing and pain." He left her side before moving back into what was left of what had used to be the grand estate.
He looked around but he couldn't find many aura's alive as he kept searching. He didn't care much for what was going on, he only wished to find those who had been hurt and get them out before the place became their graves. "Is anyone alive"

"Stay here! You must be insane! Cassan this house is burning down around us! If you think I am going to leave you here alone then you have another thing coming. We are going to work as a team the way we did out in that battle. Nothing has changed between now and then."
She growled through her teeth, holding the black box that he gave her. With a narrowing of her eyes she followed him out of the room and deeper into the collapsing estate. They needed to get out of there quickly before anything else happened. In no way shape or form was she going to let him go in there and get himself killed without her to at least help him.

Darcassan looked at her and hid a genunine smile at her loyalty as he only nodded. He placed a hand down to the ground. All his abilities cut in half cause of the wounds he had been given during the fight.
"I can feel Ajax and Damien searching. I can feel Ceverus, Sauri and anothe rmale in the garden." He coughed out the smoke and blood and looked at it but ignore it, still pushing his limits. "Ventress is still alive but there are very few others I can feel" He clutched his chest and stood back up. Refusing to give in to the pain till after everyone else was either found or given a proper gravesite. Which he hoped where not many of their side but he could tell.

She hobbled over to him and bent down, pulling him down lower to the floor. Then she ripped two large pieces of cloth off what was left of her battle gear. Wrapping one piece around her face to cover her nose and mouth to keep from breathing in too much smoke. Then she handed him the other.
"Smoke rises. Wrap this around your nose and mouth. Try to keep as low as you can."
She tucked the little black box that he had given her into her side pack, trying to keep it as secure as possible so it did not fall out despite the holes in the pack from the flames.

Nataku only looked at his wrecked arm, it being the most prevalent and serious of his injuries. "I........am no-not sure. It will tak-take time-time."
He tried to begin to asses the extent of the damage done to his body, the mechanical portions of his body now taking over his human mind. He simply nodded at her response as he remained behind, not being able to be of any help due to the extend of damage to his leg, his flying wheels broken as well, showing extensive cracking throughout the stone.
